SPD’s policy has always been to satisfy the needs of the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The organisation has always evolved both in terms of turnover and in terms of quality and, today, is a sure point of reference in its field. It operates nationally and internationally. Customers are contacted either directly or through a network of higly qualified agents and representatives. The organisation\u2019s production is divided into two levels: standard products<\/strong><\/em> and special products<\/strong><\/em>, studied and designed on the basis of specific customer requirements; this is why, the company has two designing offices (mechanical and electronic) with a large number of qualified resources and advanced designing tools.<\/p>\n

The organisation now has a head office with an adjoining warehouse for finished products and three local units dedicated to production. Within the organisation, roles and responsibilities are well defined and structured to ensure effective and efficient management<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The Company is committed to facing increasingly competitive and global markets, which require advanced<\/p>\n

management techniques, aimed at optimizing all services and customer satisfaction. This is why Management has<\/p>\n

already addressed the challenge posed by quality certification according to the standards UNI EN ISO 9000, obtaining<\/p>\n

ISO 9001 certification for the first time in the year 2000.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

In 2018, with the aim of constant and continuous improvement, the company was awarded certification in compliance with the new regulation ISO

Management shows a strong commitment to customer and stakeholder satisfaction, knowledge\/awareness, policy and objectives.

All components ordered to third parties as outsourcing are controlled by one or more qualified operators (input controls<\/strong><\/em>). The control sampling ranges from 20% (for standard products) to 50% (for special products) and\u00a0uses the most modern portable measuring instruments on the market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

All products manufactured internally, once completed, are checked by one or more qualified operators (output <\/strong><\/em>controls<\/strong><\/em>). In the main production unit, the company has set up a control area containing coordinate measuring machines of different brands (Zeiss, Ethalon, Faro).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

All the portable measuring equipment in the company, are checked and calibrated annually by the quality office<\/strong><\/em>. Coordinate measuring machines are checked and calibrated by third party entities, at intervals depending on the manufacturer’s specifications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

SPD is very attentive to the safety of its products. Each product, generating a static or dynamic magnetic field can be<\/p>\n

measured by magnetic induction, with reference to human exposure, pursuant to the provisions of Directive<\/p>\n

2013\/35\/EU. Therefore, when purchasing one of our products, the customer can request the measurement of the<\/p>\n

magnetic field and receive a measurement certificate in order to minimise the risk associated its use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
