All electro-permanent chucks are modular<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Depending on the application or the type of machine, the chuck can be combined or arranged in series in line with the principles of modular design.<\/p>\n

By combining several magnetic chucks, large clamping areas can be created, when using a large machine bench, for example.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

STANDARD SUPPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The electro-permanent magnetic chucks, featuring holes inside the poles\u00a0to mount the extensions, are provided with an electronic control unit<\/strong><\/em> with remote control and connection cables. The connection is\u00a0carried out by using a sturdy quick connector<\/strong><\/em> with a watertight sealing cap for the machining phases.\u00a0The scope of delivery includes stop washers for the work-piece end-stop and holes for fixing the chuck onto the machine bench.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

CONTROL UNIT KEH<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SPD microprocessor controller for electro-permanent systems\u00a0represents the market\u2019s very best in terms of reliability and versatility. It\u00a0has been conceived and designed to guarantee a very high performance in\u00a0the most automated and long lasting systems, even\u00a0under extreme operating conditions.<\/p>\n

Available in various versions featuring the main existing power supply voltages.<\/em><\/p>\n

SINGLE CHANNEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

This single unit is usually sold with a standard magnetic chuck for milling operations. It comes with both a power and a discharge cable, with a quick connector and a remote control. The standard serial production already features machine enabling devices (i.e. the machine tool does not start unless the chuck is magnetized).<\/p>\n

MULTICHANNEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the solution to the customers\u2019request of effectiveness when, having acquired several magnetic chucks for the same machine, they want to control a single or more than one chuck chuck at the same time. It comes with a selector switch panel enabling the desired channel (magnetic chuck) to be magnetized when entering MAG or DEMAG. The standard serial production already features machine enabling devices (i.e. the machine tool does not start unless the chuck is magnetized).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
